What is the minimum order quantity?
Regular organiser orders start at three pieces with a shared event design. Names, placings and smaller details can differ. Special one-off pieces are available on request. Via a dedicated event page, participants can also order individual keepsakes.
How much do the keepsakes cost?
You'll receive an individual quote based on format, quantity, design, personalisation and shipping method. To help us, tell us the occasion, the approximate number of pieces and the intended use.
Do we need to supply a finished design?
No. We develop the design for your event. Information about the event as well as existing logos, images and route data help us. With your permission, we can also use suitable content from your website. If material is missing, we'll agree on suitable options with you.
Can we combine different sizes?
Yes, we'll tailor this to your event. For example, larger awards for the podium and smaller formats for other placings. We'll set out the combination in your quote.
What happens if names or results are only known after the event?
Then we add these details after the event and send out the finished keepsakes afterwards. Alternatively, participants can receive the prepared keepsake at the event and order their personal replacement background later using a code. We agree on the right process and the included services in advance.
Can participants order themselves or only add their details?
Both are possible. We can set up an event page where participants personalise and pay themselves. If you're already covering the costs, we'll agree on an ordering process where they add their details without having to pay for the included product again.
How much lead time should we plan for?
Ideally, get in touch as early as possible with your event date. The lead time required depends on quantity, design and personalisation, among other things. Together we agree on the right delivery date. We assess short-notice requests individually.
Can you ship directly to participants and within Europe?
Yes. We can ship in bulk to you or to the agreed venue, or directly to participants. We'll agree on the European delivery countries, shipping costs and process in the quote.
Is personalisation possible on site?
Personalisation by us on site is possible by individual arrangement. Effort, equipment and costs are agreed separately.
