Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We produce from a single piece. You don't need to buy any stock in advance to offer it to your guests.
How much do the keepsakes cost?
In our shop, a keepsake costs from €129 (24 × 30 cm in an oak frame), including packaging and shipping within Germany. There are partner terms for operators – we're happy to discuss the right offer with you personally.
Can we include the keepsake in the tour price?
Yes. We'll agree with you how your guests add their personal details without having to pay for the keepsake again.
Do we need to provide images and GPX data?
You can send us existing content directly. With your permission, we also use suitable content from your website. If images or route data are missing, we'll discuss suitable alternatives. A reconstructed route may differ from the route actually ridden.
How long do production and shipping take?
As a rule, plan for around seven production days from the order; we count Monday to Saturday. On top of that comes DHL shipping within Germany, which usually takes one to three days. For larger quantities, we'll agree on the schedule with you.
Who takes care of orders and questions?
We take care of all support around the product, order and delivery. Your guests can contact us directly.
Is international shipping possible?
Yes, by individual arrangement. Our current focus is Germany. We clarify shipping costs and delivery times for other countries case by case.
