How can we help?

You choose your route or challenge and add the personal details you want. Depending on the product, this can include your name, distance, riding time, number of laps and the colour of the route.

We then add your details to the design and make your keepsake individually for you.

Please get in touch with us as quickly as possible. As long as we haven't started production, we'll try to adjust your details.

Once production has started, we can no longer guarantee changes.

Please check your details carefully before completing your order. Names, numbers and other personalisations are used exactly as you enter them.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately. Together we'll check whether a correction is still possible.

For selected products, you can choose a predefined route or challenge. We also make individual keepsakes based on your own routes and GPX files.

Write to us with your idea and the route data you have. We'll personally check what can be done.

Yes. You can also design the keepsake with another person's details.

Please take particular care to enter names, route and performance data correctly.

After your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. You'll also find the link to your invoice in your order confirmation.

If you don't receive an email, please first check your spam folder and the email address used for the order.

Every keepsake measures 24 × 30 cm (26.4 × 32.4 cm with frame, 2.2 cm deep) and hangs on the wall using the hanger on the back. A stand is not included.

Other sizes and versions are available on request as part of individual projects – write to us.

The keepsake is made of:

• a solid oak frame
• real glass
• a high-resolution photo print
• a precisely made 3D route

As wood is a natural material, the grain and colour may vary slightly. These natural differences make each piece even more unique.

Yes. The route isn't simply printed on. It is made as a three-dimensional 3D relief and mounted on the motif.

This makes it stand out visibly from the background and form the centrepiece of the keepsake.

Yes. Every personalised keepsake is designed and made to your specifications and carefully checked by us before shipping.

Your box contains:

• your personalised keepsake
• a Moventerra keyring
• two Moventerra stickers
• a Moventerra card

Individual production takes up to 7 days. We do our very best to complete your order as quickly as possible.

During periods of particularly high demand, production may exceptionally take up to three more days.

After completion, delivery within Germany usually takes 1–3 working days.

Please note that production time and shipping time are counted separately.

Yes. Shipping within Germany is currently free.

Deliveries to other European and international countries are not yet regularly available.

We mainly ship with DHL. Depending on the order and shipping volume, DPD or Hermes may also be used.

Yes. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

Please first check the tracking and any possible safe places. If necessary, also ask your neighbours or other people in your household.

If you still can't find your parcel, please contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date. We'll check the shipping status and deal with it together with the carrier.

Please take photos of:

• the damaged outer packaging
• the shipping label
• the inner packaging
• the damaged areas of the product

Send us the photos together with your order number and a short description, ideally within 14 days of delivery. We'll look at the damage personally and clarify the next steps.

Your keepsake should delight you not just when you unpack it, but for years to come.

If it doesn't fully win you over, contact us directly within 90 days of delivery. We'll discuss your concern personally and find a suitable solution together.

If we can't win you over, you can return the keepsake in line with our guarantee terms and get your money back.

Products made to your individual specifications are generally excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Regardless of this, we voluntarily offer returns for our personalised keepsakes as part of our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.

The keepsake must not show any damage caused by you or visible signs of use. Please pack it carefully and securely for return shipping.

You bear the direct costs of returning the item under the voluntary satisfaction guarantee.

In the case of a justified defect or transport damage, the statutory regulations apply.

Once the return has been agreed with us and the keepsake has arrived back with us in proper condition, we check the return.

We then refund the agreed amount via the payment method originally used.

Our satisfaction guarantee is a voluntary additional service. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Yes. For individual projects, we can also look at larger formats, special routes and different designs.

As these projects are planned individually, we'll put together a suitable quote for you after a personal conversation.

Yes. We develop keepsakes for, among others:

• special team or participant gifts

Depending on the project, logo, brand colours, event data and individual participant details can be integrated into the design.
