We then transfer your details into the design and make your keepsake individually for you. Please check your entries carefully – all details are used exactly as you enter them.

Safety and care instructions
This keepsake consists of a solid oak frame, real glass, a high-resolution photo print and a three-dimensionally made route. Please note the following:
- Mount securely: Use suitable fixings for wall mounting and make sure the keepsake is attached securely and appropriately for the type of wall.
- Stand it stably: When standing it up, use the stand provided and only place the product on a stable, level surface.
- Caution, glass: The real glass can break if knocked, dropped or handled improperly. Do not touch damaged or cracked glass with bare hands.
- Not a toy: The keepsake is a decorative item and not suitable for children to play with. Small or loose parts can be swallowed.
- Indoor use only: Protect the product from moisture, wet, strong heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
- Clean gently: Only clean the frame and glass with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
- Watch for damage: Do not continue to use the product if the frame, glass, hanger or stand is visibly damaged.
Wood is a natural material. Slight variations in colour, grain and texture are due to the material and make every keepsake unique.

As every piece is made individually and wood is a natural material, the grain and colour may vary slightly. That's exactly what makes every keepsake one of a kind.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately. As long as production hasn't started, we'll try to correct your details.
